Health and Fitness Writer

Ok, I admit it.  Vocabulary and grammar came easy at school but, in all honesty, math took a little extra work.  It wasn’t until years later that I decided to meld my ability to put pen to paper with a deep passion for health, fitness, and wellness.  Over the past 15 years, my work has appeared in everything from top-tier health magazines to trade publications, websites to peer-reviewed journals.  I was approached by Weight Watchers editors in the autumn of 2000 and have since authored numerous articles and served as their fitness question and answer columnist.
