International Presenter

Being a travel junkie at heart, it should come as no surprise that I ended up taking the show on the road as an international presenter.  I’ve given talks across the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong, and South Africa.  I’ve also taught classes at the university level in the United States and New Zealand.

I base my presentations on my 20 years of hands-on practical and clinical experience and my extensive university education in exercise physiology and nutrition….oh, and I like to think I’m a nice guy with a sense of humor!   Expect up-to-date, well-researched perspectives based on the latest peer-reviewed medical literature, but presented in practical, simple terms anyone can understand.   I custom tailor each talk to accommodate my audience. As a testament to my virtuosity, I’ve presented to everyone from lay people to cardiothoracic surgeons – and everyone in between.
